Our latest release of Cim200, v2023 R2, is now available! This release builds on the success of Cim200 and includes some of the most requested wishlist items from our business partners and customers.
Key features included in the Cim200 v2023 R2 release:
Quotation Enhancements
- You can now define separate uplift percentages for labour, machine, and tooling resources.
- You can now convert configured free text Bill of Material to a Stock Item and Bill of Material record.
- Quotation revisions allow you to keep a history of different quotation revisions and you can revert back to previous revision of a quotation.
One-off Works Orders
This functionality is one of the most requested features. You can now create a one-off works order and process through works order processing
Project Accounting Integration
When Works Order is linked to the project and re-costed, the committed cost will be updated to reflect the last estimated cost.
By-Products
New functionality has been added to allow By-Products to be brought into stock when receiving Purchase Orders or completing Works Orders. This can assist users to manage off cuts, scrap and other potential By-Products that user wants to keep a record of.
Quarantine Enhancements
- To further enhance the operational functionality of Quarantined stock, Quarantine list view is introduced and now the inspections will be kept in one record.
- Traceable items will have an option to include inspection templates with pre-defined inspection questions. The recording of results can be restricted to certain users or user groups. Should the inspection of a built item fail, the user will have an option to raise a Re-Work Works order.
- We have added an option to utilise Multiple Quarantine Warehouses.
