In line with our Software Development Roadmap, the latest version of Cim200 is now available! Cim200 v2024 R3 has just been released by our in-house development team and includes a number of features that have been highly requested as well as our innovative new Carbon Footprint Calculator. This release also includes some minor changes throughout the system that have been requested by our customers and Business Partners.
Cim200 Carbon Footprint Calculator
Calculate the carbon emissions generated from your manufacturing processes.
The Carbon Footprint Calculator will work out the carbon emissions generated from manufacturing processes through two different modes. A simple mode and a complex mode.
Both calculations result in a ‘Carbon Cost’ defined in KgCO2e (Kilograms of CO2 equivalent) which is calculated when a works order is closed.
With simple dashboard views, you can interrogate your carbon emissions produced during certain periods or on a month-by-month basis.
Then, you can use this data to make operational changes and/or utilise a carbon offsetting service.
Schedule MRP Recommendations
Within the Cim200 Graphical Scheduler, schedule MRP recommendations alongside Works Order operations. With this new functionality, users can factor in available capacity for recommended manufacture items and schedule accordingly.
Multiple Components Lists
Multiple component lists will be available on a Bill of Materials, allowing the use of different items to manufacture the same thing.
SOP/POP Audit Log
This version introduces an Audit Log to Sales and Purchase Orders to capture changes on dates, quantities and prices.
Extended Warehouse Hierarchy Functionality
In v2024 R3, Planning will use Warehouse Hierarchy when considering PO replenishments, ROL and SO demands.
Quality Control Enhancements
Partial Inspections, Quarantine Warehouse Replenishment Control, Quality Control functionality added to Shop Floor Data Capture, and Operational Stage Inspections on Bills of Materials and Works Orders.
Other minor changes/improvements have been made to the Commercials, Stock Control, Planning and Works Orders modules.
