Use these settings to choose how to process and manage additional features from Cim200.
Open: Stock Control > Stock Records > Enter New Stock Item | Quality Control
Open: Stock Control > Stock Records > Amend Stock Item Details | Quality Control
Open: Stock Control > Stock Records > View Stock Item Details | Quality Control
1. If Quarantine is enabled, tick the Quarantine box to enable quarantine features for the item. When the item is received into stock via Purchase Order Receipt, Works Order Completion or BOM Builds, quarantine items can be received into the Quarantine area for inspection before passing into stock.
2. If the Quarantine option is ticked, select whether PO Goods Receipts should be subject to inspection for this item.
3. If the Quarantine option is ticked, select whether WO Completions should be subject to inspection for this item.
4. If the Quarantine option is ticked, select whether BOM Builds should be subject to inspection for this item.
5. If the Quarantine option is ticked, select whether Sales Returns should be subject to inspection for this item.
6. Select whether the item can be partially inspected or not, and if so, whether you want users to inspect a specific quantity each time, or a percentage of the receipt.
7. You can also specify that if any of the quantity inspected is rejected, the entire receipt is rejected by ticking the Full Receipt Rejection checkbox.
Obsolescence Control
1. If this item replaces another stock item, set the item being replaced in Supersedes.
2. If this item is replaced by another stock item, set the item which replaces this item in Superseded By.
3. The Mark Obsolete checkbox can be used to indicate the item is now, or will be obsolete. Checking this box will display a Planned Obsolescence Date picker, where in you can pick the date you plan to make the item obsolete (if that date is in the future).
Product Image
1. You can add an image for the product, which will display on screen. Click Add to add an image.
2. If you have already added a Product Image for the selected item, use Change to change to a different image, or use Remove to remove the image.
