Operational Inspections

The Operational Inspection area is an extension of the Stock Quality Control functionality, enabling for quality control inspections to take place at key stages of the manufacture process.

The Operational Inspections List lists all operational inspections and allows for them to be Inspected and either passed to continue manufacture, or failed, giving you the option to scrap those items and re-manufacture them.

Operational Inspections are automatically created when an operation is completed and the operation is marked as requiring an inspection upon completion.

Note: Operational Inspections is reliant on the Cim200 Quarantine functionality being enabled.
