Microsoft SQL Server 2014 is going to be end of life from 9th July 2024.
This means that Microsoft SQL will no longer be putting out any new features or security updates for this version. This therefore leaves business data vulnerable to future security and compatibility risks.
If you are currently using Microsoft SQL 2014, it is advised that you upgrade from this version.
We would recommend that you get in touch with your IT provider to review the version of Microsoft SQL that you are currently using.
If you are using Cim50/Cim200 and SQL 2014 or earlier, you will need to get in contact with CIM to discuss compatibility. We will then discuss your next steps and put a plan in place to ensure compatibility moving forward.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please email [email protected].
