Sage 200 Manufacturing is retired (end of life). Its functionality will no longer be available in Sage 200 2025 R2 and beyond. Sage are also ending all support for the product from 31/12/25. Back in November 2021, we released Cim200 Manufacturing. This is a product we developed in-house as an alternative solution to Sage 200 Manufacturing. Why? To provide our customers with an ever-evolving, innovative product after Sage 200 Manufacturing had little development work carried out within the last decade.
Following creation, Sage themselves appointed an independent software testing company to test the stability and functionality of Cim200. It passed the tests with flying colours and is a Sage certified solution. It has been listed on the Sage Marketplace ever since.

This “One-Click” migration tool will carry over your data and settings from Sage 200 Manufacturing with minimal downtime.
Our migration tool is not limited to Sage 200 Manufacturing either. You can use the migration tool to upgrade from Cim50, or migrate from other solutions such as Sicon Manufacturing, Sage 1000 or Infor:Swan.
4. Improved efficiency
As part of the solution, we have added enhancements to several Sage modules as well as standalone new modules.
The manufacturing modules have been designed from the ground up.
Some notable improvements include the scheduling of MPS and MRP directly from Sage 200 Professional, the use of multiple routes, and enhanced Works Order and BOM costing screens, to name a few. There are also several time-saving enhancements, such as the powerful ‘Stock Profile’, a one-stop shop for all stock movements.
