🏆 Company Achievements

In July, our support team successfully handled 471 support calls across all software platforms.

We noted a significant rise in tickets related to users unintentionally upgrading their Sage 50 Accounts data. This action can sometimes render Cim50 inoperable. To ensure the continuity of your business solution, we recommend checking with the team at CIM Software before upgrading to discuss the process, the implications, and to see if we can assist you


💡Hints & Tips

To prevent accidental upgrades of Sage 50 Accounts data, we strongly advise disabling automatic updates on all installations, both server and client.

While CIM Support is committed to delivering the best level of service, it’s important to note that software upgrades fall outside the scope of the standard support contract. As a result, we may not be able to assist when issues arise from unintended upgrades, potentially leaving your system inoperable. One of our Consultants may be available to help resolve the issue; however, this would be a chargeable service.

  1. Log in to Sage 50 Accounts.
  2. Navigate to the “Software Updates” option in the top menu section.
  3. Locate the “Update Settings Box”.
  4. Tick the “I’ll check for Updates” option and confirm by clicking “OK”

🌍 CIM Challenge

We’re thrilled to share that our current fundraising total stands at £1,101.00, and there’s still time to contribute to our upcoming events!

Our team will be taking on the ultimate test of endurance: 36 holes in one day! It’s a fantastic opportunity to support a great cause while cheering on our golfers.

We’re also signing up for Shine, a relaxed evening walk around Southampton in support of Cancer Research. Expect glow in the dark T-shirts, glow sticks and plenty of retro 80 days vibes. Neon is definitely encouraged
