Alison Ward
Position: Support Technician
There must be something in the air! After Charlotte’s beautiful wedding and Rog & Debs marking 20 married years together, I’m thrilled to share that Alison jetted off to Rhodes for a holiday, and came back engaged! It was a complete surprise, and her fiancé clearly has impeccable taste, not just in choosing Alison, but also in picking out a truly stunning ring.

🌍 CIM Challenge
Gold Baking and Walking
We kicked off October with a bold challenge: completing 36 holes of golf in a single day. The weather was wild, sunshine, rain, and fierce winds courtesy of Storm Amy. The putting greens were littered with leaves, twigs, and acorns, adding an extra layer of difficulty. By the end of the day, we’d racked up around 65,000 steps, roughly 34 miles! Our team of Stuart, Debs, Tom, and Ethan powered through, with Tom emerging as the day’s champion.

Hot on the heels of golf came the Shine Night Walk in Southampton. Rog and Debs took on the 6-mile walk alongside over 1,400 participants. The city sparkled with energy and community spirit that evening.
Back at the CIM offices, the bake-off made a festive return. Bakers were challenged to whip up Halloween-themed creations, and didn’t they look fantastic?
