Opening Hours and Emergency Support:
24/12/2025 – Office closes at noon

Please note that sending emails to the incorrect address may cause delays, as mailboxes are monitored periodically during emergency support hours. 


🌟 Employee Spotlight

Tom has been a valued member of the CIM support desk for the past four years. During his time here, he’s developed an expertise in both Sage and CIM50, becoming a go-to resource for colleagues and customers alike. Known for his calm and professional approach, Tom consistently delivers excellent customer service, helping users resolve issues with patience and clarity.  Whether it’s troubleshooting complex software queries or guiding users through best practices, Tom brings a reassuring presence to every interaction. Outside of work, he’s a keen golfer who enjoys spending time on the course perfecting his swing.


🏆 Company Achievements

In October, our team efficiently managed a total of 483 support calls across all software solutions. A few of these calls were related to issues with emailing from Sage 50 Accounts. Please be aware that Sage 50 Accounts is not compatible with the New Outlook. 

To ensure the successful emailing of documents from Sage 50 Accounts, make sure you are using Classic Outlook.


💡Hints & Tips

Last month, we told you about the new features coming in Cim200, and I can now confirm that Sage 200 2025 R2 is due for release on 28th November 2025. There are some great features included in this release taken from the Ideas Portal, where our customers have logged tickets, and these are some of the most asked for features that we’ve seen requested over recent years.
Reserve your spot today:

  • Automated clearing of disconnected logins every 30 minutes
  • An XML export of user roles/ features
  • Read-only user roles
  • High DPI Support,  meaning that you should be able to scale higher than 100%. (Sage cannot confirm exact scaling until release, but it is believed to be at least 150%)

It really does prove that if you vote on ideas, they can be included in a future release.


🌍 CIM Challenge

We’ve decided to pause and catch our breath after an incredibly busy October. Our hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed! The goal was to raise £1,000 for Cancer Research this year, and thanks to everyone’s efforts, we’ve surpassed that by raising an amazing £1,437 for this fantastic cause. Thanks to everyone who has donated.
