Welcome to the August edition of the CIM Support newsletter. 

During August, Sage will be releasing their newest version of Sage 200 and CIM will be releasing their newest version of Cim200 Manufacturing.

Emailing from Sage 200

We have already sent out a mailer having been informed by Sage that there is a problem emailing from Sage following a Windows update, but wanted to communicate it again.  You may receive the error message Error with the address: Generic COM Error.  Information concerning this error can be found here.  There is no update on this problem at this time.

Editing Reports or Layouts in Sage 200

Have you ever wondered how you can make amendments to reports and layouts in Sage 200 and more importantly where to save them?  If you’ve used Sage 50 Accounts previously, the location of reports and layouts is very different to what you have been used to.  Please click here to find out more information on amending report and layouts.

Report of the Month

SOP – Number of Orders and Turnover by Customer

This report is an itemised list of invoices or credits by customer then stock code with quantities and net amounts.  Please click here for an example of the report. 

If you would like this report added to your Sage200 software please let us know.

Cim200

Our latest version of Cim200 Manufacturing is due for release during August 2023.  If you’ve not heard about Cim200 please visit our website where you will find a whole host of information.  We released this product to offer a replacement for Sage 200 Manufacturing

CIM Challenge

Not all superhero’s wear capes……… but this one did!

The holiday season is upon us and unfortunately we are seeing the effect of this on our mileage. 

During July 2023 we walked 738.13 miles meaning that we are off target by 249.7 miles. 

However, there is something to celebrate.  One of our colleagues has broken the 1,000 mile mark, clocking up an impressive 1,048 miles to date. 👏🏼
