Welcome to the Support Newsletter for August. 

At CIM, things move quickly.  Just when we thought we had finished introducing the support team, we have another new member to welcome!

Sage 50 Accounts

Sage has rolled out a new build for Sage 50 Accounts, version v30.1.343.0, which they highly recommend downloading and installing.  This update addresses several known issues with important bug fixes.

Resolved Issue: Invoice not updated to ledger when net value discount is applied (sage.com)

Resolved Issue: Access Denied ‘You cannot access the Manage cloud connection wizard because’ (sage.com)

Cim50

Existing customers who are already using Cim50 v2024.1 can apply the update to Sage 50 to v30.1 (including v30.1.343.0) without any additional steps for Cim50.  However, if you’re using an earlier version of Cim50, you’ll need to upgrade to v2024.1 before updating Sage 50 to v30.1.

Cim50

The CIM support desk is available Monday to Friday to assist with your software queries.  Each morning, we hold a meeting to discuss all support cases and collaborate on resolving them efficiently.

Our working hours are:

Monday          0800 – 1630

Tuesday          0800 – 1630

Wednesday    0800 – 1630

Thursday          0800 – 1630

Friday              0830 – 1600

Support calls received via telephone, email, or our website are logged and addressed in priority order according to our Service Levels outlined in the Support Agreement.

Calls received outside of our working hours will be responded to on the next working day.

Meet the Team

The Support Team at CIM is made up of five permanent members whose skillset covers Sage 50 Accounts, Cim50 Manufacturing, Sage 200, Cim200 Manufacturing, Sage CRM and Swan software.  We also provide support for third party add-ons, such as Draycir (Spindle), Eureka and Sicon.

Hello Elliott

Elliott will be joining the CIM Support Desk in August 2024 to assist with your Sage 200 support queries.  He brings 9 years of experience working with Sage 200 and providing support.  I’m sure you will join us in extending a warm welcome to Elliott.
