💡Tips
Sage 200 – Email Errors in New Outlook
If users are experiencing issues when emailing documents from Sage 200, the most common cause is that their PC is using the new Outlook, which is not supported by Sage 200. Please ensure that you are using Classic Outlook.
Cim200 – Demand Schedule or MRP is Running?
There are occasions when Cim200 believes that Demand Schedule or MRP are running; often, the cause is a power cut or the server running out of space during processing. You can clear these processes by going to Cim200 Planning > Utilities > System Set Up > Clear Planning Flags and clicking on the necessary options.
💡Training
If your team has changed recently, this may be a good opportunity to consider training. Please note that training is not included within support contracts. While we will always try to assist where possible, there are limits to the guidance we can provide via the support desk. Where we identify a need for more in-depth knowledge, we may therefore recommend formal training.
Formal and refresher training is available for both Sage 200 and Cim200!
- New starters benefit greatly from short, focused sessions
- Bespoke training can be tailored to your process
💡Company Competition
It’s that time of year when we are invited to compete in the CIM Fantasy Six Nations. Sam, one of the consultants, is responsible for setting up the league, and he informs us every match week of the players available.
We have three entrants on the Support Desk, Roger, Debs, and Tom, and our aim is to try to beat Sam, who tends to win most years.
We will let you know who reigns supreme next month, but I think it’s safe to say that France looks like they will win the Six Nations this year.
