Achievements: Charlotte is currently immersed in her Sage 200 Financials training.  Before long, you’ll start receiving emails from her as she begins to handle your Sage 200 support cases. Charlotte is dedicated and enthusiastic about her role and eager to assist you with any queries you may have.

Support Calls 2024
Details: In 2024, we responded to 5806 support calls. We trust you’ll agree that our Support Team responds promptly, either by providing instructions for self-resolution or by informing you that we’ve resolved the issue, depending on the query’s nature.

Our support calls are responded to within our initial response time outlined in our SLA agreement.  This ensures that your queries are addressed quickly and efficiently, minimising any disruption to your work.

I am proud to be part of a team whose dedication and hard work in maintaining such high standards of support is truly commendable.

💡 Tips & Tricks

Tip 1: Disconnected Logins
Details: Sometimes, you might get disconnected from Sage 200, such as when you lose network access or your PC shuts down unexpectedly.  When this happens, other users may be unable to open some screens in Sage 200 because they are ‘locked’ by the disconnected user.

To clear disconnected logins:

  1. Select  Tools > User login Status.
  1. Go to the Disconnected logins tab.
  1. Select the users to log off.

4. Select Log Off.

Tip: You can use Ctrl+click to select multiple users at the same time.

Note: It usually takes around 5 minutes for a disconnected login to appear in the list.

Details: We’re excited to announce that we’re planning another challenge for 2025!  Suggestions so far include a bike ride, hike, swim, pub quiz and even a cake sale.  Stay tuned to find out what we decide to do!
