Alison Ward
Position: Support Technician
Achievements: Alison has recently finished her Sage 50 Accounts training and is progressing towards her role as a Support Technician. You can find her on the support desk every Wednesday, where she will be addressing your support tickets. Alison is known for her lovely character and helpful nature, always ready to assist with a smile.

Support Calls 2024
Details: In 2024, we responded to 5806 support calls. We trust you’ll agree that our Support Team responds promptly, either by providing instructions for self-resolution or by informing you that we’ve resolved the issue, depending on the query’s nature.
Our support calls are responded to within our initial response time outlined in our SLA agreement. This ensures that your queries are addressed quickly and efficiently, minimising any disruption to your work.
I am proud to be part of a team whose dedication and hard work in maintaining such high standards of support is truly commendable.

Details: Join a 30 minute Sage webinar on Tuesday 21st January at 2 pm to learn all about company archives. You can register for the webinar by clicking here.

Tip 1: Non-Working Days
Details: With the start of a new year you may wish to consider updating your non-working days as these can include Bank Holidays. To configure non-working days please go to Settings > Non-Working Days.

Tip 2: Upgrading Cim50
Details: Every download of Cim50 comes with an Installation Guide, which must be thoroughly read and followed during your upgrade process. Ignoring these instructions could render your system inoperable and may incur charges for consultant assistance. Please note that the Support Desk cannot always resolve issues arising from failed self-upgrades.
