In June, the team handled across all software. There was an increase in support requests for problems when emailing from Sage.
Note: Sage (200 and 50) does not work with New Outlook; users should keep this setting off and use Classic Outlook to email documents from Sage.
💡Hints & Tips
Singular User Process
Are users sometimes staying logged into Sage after hours and making it tricky to run important maintenance or month-end updates? We’ve got a handy SQL maintenance task that can automatically log everyone out of Sage at a time you choose each day. Just a quick note: If your team often works late, this may not be the best fit.

The Great CIM Bake Off Concludes



Yesterday, we held our final bake off, challenging participants to bake cookies. Colleagues sampled the entries and voted for a winner and runner-up. Congratulations to Tom, our star baker, and Debs, the runner-up!
Our four winners are Debs (Victoria Sandwich), Steve (Flapjacks), Ethan (Chocolate Brownies), and Tom (Cookies).
