Hello and welcome to the November edition of the CIM Support newsletter.
Sage Ideas Hub
Have you visited the Sage Ideas Hub? The Ideas Hub allows you to submit a new idea or vote and comment on an existing idea for improvements in the software, whether this is totals added to a particular report, or the ability to convert a proforma to an invoice.
This is an opportunity for you, the end user, to have your say. Information on how to access the Ideas Hub can be found here.
System Administration
On the CIM Support Desk, we often receive requests to create new users for Sage 200 customers. The creation of new users and the assignment of user access permissions for the Sage 200 system is a responsibility that should be assigned to someone internally, and this is usually recognised and assigned during the implementation phase of the system. We do understand, however, that the designated person may be unavailable or is no longer in the business and we can assist on the odd occasion.
Information regarding the setup of companies, users, roles and features can be found here.
If you would like training or additional information on System Administration please contact your account manager, Juuso Santti.
Report of the Month
Purchase Ledger Net Purchases Comparison for 2 Periods.
This report shows totals by supplier of net purchase transactions for 2 date periods.
Please click here for an example of the report.
If you would like this added to your Sage200 software please let us know.
Please contact the support team by clicking the button at the bottom of this newsletter if you have any questions or queries relating to the above guides or would like the report of the month added to your system.
With Financial Year End fast approaching, did you know
that the CIM Support Desk can assist with a back-up of your live data and create a new company (if required) free of charge?
If you would like to take advantage of this, all we ask is that we are given a minimum of two working days’ notice to schedule it in.
Please note this only applies to one data set, multiple data sets would be chargeable and have a longer lead time.
We hope these guides will be of assistance, however, if you wish to discuss these further, please contact the support team by clicking the button at the bottom of this newsletter.
