Having reviewed the support calls received during August 2021 we have found that the help guides below were the most common topics.
Sage 50 Accounts
Undo a bank reconciliation or un reconcile a transaction
This guide explains how to undo a bank reconciliation in Sage 50cloud Accounts if you ever make a mistake when reconciling your bank account.
What to do if errors, warnings or comments are found when you check your data in Sage 50cloud Accounts v26 and above
In Sage 50cloud Accounts v26 and above, if the Check Data option returns any errors, you must stop processing until the errors have been resolved and no longer appear. We also recommend you resolve any warnings, and keep an eye out for any comments.

In Sage 50cloud Accounts v25 and below, if the Check Data option returns any errors, you must stop processing until the errors have been resolved and no longer appear. We also recommend you resolve any warnings, and keep an eye out for any comments.
Cim50
Guide Troubleshooting Schedule Backup Cimi messages
When accessing Cim50, a message is displayed in the data validation results that refers to Cim50 backups. The message indicates that ether the Cim50 scheduled backup has not been configured or the Cim50 backup agent service is not running on the Cim50 server.
Guide Troubleshooting What does the red X mean
Though out Cim50 you may see a red cross while processing, the reason for the red cross and can be seen by hovering over it with the mouse.
