The latest version of Cim200 Manufacturing is here, Cim200 v2025 R1! Our development team have been working hard on this latest version, incorporating feedback from our Customers and Business Partners in to the features we’ve added. This release of Cim200 is compatible with Sage 200 Professional v2022 R1 onwards and contains a number of exciting new features, along with bug fixes for issues logged since the release of Cim200 v2024 R3 SP4.

Available to Promise
Using the data and demands in Cim200, quickly identify the earliest date a product can be available for a customer in real-time during the order/quote entry process.
OTIF Supplier Performance
Report on ‘On Time In Full’ supplier performance metrics for all orders/receipts processed by a specific supplier over a configurable time period.
Works Order Sub-Assemblies
When raising Works Orders, users can choose to automatically raise sub-assemblies. This functionality is similar to the process that was available in Sage 200 Manufacturing.
Minor Enhancements in Cim200 v2025 R1
This release of Cim200 Manufacturing for Sage 200 Professional also includes a number of minor enhancements:
Works Orders
- Allocate/issue Works Orders directly from the Works Order record
- Improvements to the Works Order ‘Reverse Completion’ functionality enables you to reverse complete a works order which is awaiting inspection in Quarantine or which has been processed through Quarantine.
Stock Control
- Addition of customer stock descriptions included in our Customer Part Number functionality.
Quality Control
- Additional processing option allowing you to transfer quarantine rejections into another location, from where it can then be further inspected and/or re-worked whilst being isolated from your available stock.
Planning
- Keep on top of Purchase Orders and Works Orders that are likely to be late or overdue with the new MRP Overdue Replenishments Warnings list view.
- Choose whether Manufacture MRP recommendations are raised against the Demand/Completion Warehouse or a Default Manufacturing Warehouse.
Imports
- Enhancements to Stock Items, Customer Part Numbers and Bill of Materials imports.
Workspaces
- Four new workspaces have been included in this release, giving you visibility on real time shop floor data capture activity, along with works order closure and unconfirmed cost visibility.
