The newest version of Cim200, v2024 R1, is here. Our internal development team have been working hard on this latest version using feedback from our Customers and Business Partners. This release contains exciting new features, a new module as well as some minor changes throughout the system. Cim200 v2024 R1 is fully compatible with Sage 200 v2024 R1 and we are hosting a new features webinar for this release on Thursday 29th February at 10am.
Cim200 Shop Floor Data Capture
This release includes an optional new module, Shop Floor Data Capture. Efficiently process Works Orders and capture operation times using barcoding to improve accuracy & efficiency.
Key functionality includes:
- Issue stock to works orders – issue material components to works orders using barcodes, keeping work in progress up to date in real time
- Book labour and machine time to works orders – capture works order operational time in real time
- Complete works orders – book finished items into stock quickly and efficiently to update build item stock in real time
Cim200 Scheduler Ad-hoc Bookings
The improvements added to this release of the Cim200 Scheduler enable you to create custom ad-hoc booking codes to suit your own requirements. Bookings can then be made using those codes and assigned to a resource for any date and time period, with available capacity visible within the Scheduler being impacted accordingly.
Other minor changes/improvements have been made to the Commercials, Stock Control, Planning and Works Orders modules.
