Hello and welcome to the April edition of the CIM Support newsletter.
Before we look at the guides, I want to tell you how I was completely overwhelmed when I reached out to my colleagues for donations for Ukraine.
I think the photos speak for themselves.
Having reviewed the support calls received during March 2022 we have found that the help guides below were the most common topics for Sage50cloud Accounts.
Again for Cim50, we will be introducing you to some of the knowledgebase articles which can be found on our website.

How to run a year end
This guide explains how to run a year end in Sage 50cloud Accounts.
Step by Step guide to Making Tax Digital for VAT
Making Tax Digital (MTD) is legislation from HMRC that currently affects how VAT-registered businesses do their VAT accounting.
When it was introduced in April 2019, only businesses above the VAT threshold (currently £85,000) had to comply.
But as of April 2022, all VAT-registered businesses will adhere to it.
This article discusses how to get ready for MTD for VAT, and provides a guide for both businesses and agents. We look at what considerations should be made before registering.
I have errors, warnings or comments in my data
This guide explains what to do if your Check Data option returns any errors, warnings or comments in Sage 50cloud Accounts v26 and above.
