Welcome to the October edition of the CIM Support newsletter. This month we shall be looking at reports in Sage 200.
Sage 200
Have you ever wondered what reports are available in Sage 200 or what certain reports do? For example, you may wish to know which customers or suppliers you have not traded with for a while. Or you may be looking for a report which will detail allocations against a certain stock item. To assist with this Sage have provided an article which details all of this information and more. Please click here to review the article.
We often receive support calls that nothing is printing when a report or layout is being generated and this is often because the Output Mode has been set to Spool, rather than Preview or Printer. There is no recommended setting, although should you choose Spool, it is your responsibility to ensure that the Spool file is maintained and cleared down periodically. Please click here to find out more information on Printer, Preview and Spooler and the functionality each option offers.

If you would like this report added to your Sage200 software please let us know.

We hope these guides/articles will be of assistance, however, if you wish to discuss these further, please contact the support team by clicking the button at the bottom of this newsletter.
With Financial Year End fast approaching, did you know that the CIM Support Desk can assist with a back-up of your live data and create a new company (if required) free of charge?
If you would like to take advantage of this, all we ask is that we are given a minimum of two working days’ notice to schedule it in.
Please note this only applies to one data set, multiple data sets would be chargeable and have a longer lead time.
