It’s compliant with Microsoft’s existing privacy, security, and compliance commitments to Microsoft 365 commercial customers, including GDPR and European Union (EU) Data Boundary.
Prompts, responses, and data accessed through Microsoft Graph are not used to train foundation LLMs, including those used by Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Yes, there is a free version of Microsoft Copilot which is accessible via the web, mobile and within Microsoft Edge.
Using Copilot within the M365 apps (such as Excel and Word) requires a paid subscription.
At present, there is no free trial for Microsoft Copilot available. However, we would recommend investing in one or two licences and testing its capabilities using those before committing to a full rollout.
