Our Sage 200 Support service provides you with unlimited 1st line technical support for Sage 200 Accounts.

We provide multiple channels for logging a new support call, either by telephone, email or directly on our website.

Whenever a call is received, it is triaged and passed to the most appropriate team member to investigate. Our support team will then work with you to resolve the issue, which may be via telephone, email or more often than not, by directly connecting to your PC.

No, we have dedicated call handlers who during the initial call will take the details on the issue you’re experiencing, triage the problem and request additional supporting information if required. They will then raise a ticket for the issue and release it to the support team. You can then continue working (or make a cup of tea) knowing that someone will contact you shortly afterward, usually within a few minutes.

Yes! CIM Software are accredited to offer both Sage 200 Support and Cim200 Support. Many of our customers choose to have both of their software packages with us to streamline their communication channels. If there is a query regarding either system, there’s just one number they need to call. As they are integrated systems, being responsible for both means we are able to sort any issues whether they are Sage or CIM related, without needing to go back and forth.

No, unlike Sage 50 Accounts, a Sage 200 package does not include support as standard. This is in addition to the software subscription and there are many partners who are able to offer this service. At CIM Software, we are fully accredited to provide this to our customers and have done for many years.
