Cim200 Manufacturing

The Beta version of Cim200 was released in March 2021, and the full release went on sale in December 2021. As part of this process, Sage appointed an independent software testing company to test Cim200. Cim200 passed this with flying colours. Since May 2022, Cim200 has been listed on the Sage Marketplace and is trusted by 1000+ users in the UK and Ireland. It is also available on Sage’s Price List.

Cim200 looks and feels like Sage 200 Manufacturing, whilst also providing additional enhanced functionality.

What can Cim200 offer you?

Cim200 is a cutting-edge, fully integrated software solution for Sage 200 Professional, providing you with all the tools you need to control each stage of your manufacturing processes.

Our design philosophy has focused on improving manufacturing process efficiencies. This includes streamlining data entry, and providing powerful enquiry screens to allow you to maximise your manufacturing output potential, whilst controlling your stock levels and cash flow, enabling you to focus on your business growth.

Cim200’s modules include Stock Control, Bill of Materials, Works Orders, Planning, Commercials, Shop Floor Data Capture and a Graphical Scheduler.

Cim200 Graphical Scheduler

One of the big challenges when changing business critical systems is the time it takes and the effort required, especially with user buy-in. This is why we’ve tried to simplify the whole process with the Cim200 Migration Utility. Simply stop working in Sage 200 Manufacturing at an agreed time (typically a Friday evening) and your Cim200 consultant will then migrate your data to Cim200. This typically takes a few minutes. They’ll then interrogate the migration logs, and utilise a suite of of reports to ensure everything migrated correctly, and you can then start working in Cim200 straight away. All of your manufacturing data will be carried across to Cim200. This includes Stock Planning Settings, Warehouse Hierarchy, Works Orders, Make for Stock Demands and Sales Forecasts.
