After the Demand Schedule has been refreshed, any excluded demands are listed in the Summary Results.
The Demand Schedule List – Exclusions view, shows further details of all exclusions.
Demands are excluded for various reasons, including:
- The demand does not have a due date.
- The demand date is beyond the Planning Horizon date.
- Free stock available exceeds Stock Reorder Level.
- The BOM record is marked as Use only in BOM module on the Details tab.
- The sales order was generated from a Quotation, and the Exclude SOs Raised via Quotations option was ticked during Demand Schedule refresh.
- The Make to Stock record is not Released.
- The Sales Forecast is not Released.
- The demand is a Quotation.
- The demand is a Pro Forma and the Include Proforma Orders option was not ticked during Demand Schedule refresh.
- The sales order line has been Cancelled or Completed.
- The sales order is on hold and the Exclude ‘On Hold’ SOs option was ticked during Demand Schedule refresh.
- The customer is on hold, and Include On Hold Customers option was not ticked during Demand Schedule refresh.
- The Sales Order line is flagged for exclusion from MPS.
- Sales Order line fulfilment method is set to From supplier direct to customer in the Stock Control settings SOP Fulfilment Methods tab.
- The Sales Forecast date is within the Time Fence 1 days set on the Demand Schedule refresh.
- The Sales Order line Promised Date is outside the Time Fence 2 days set on the Demand Schedule refresh.
- The option to Include in MRP Demand is not ticked on the Works Order.
- The Works Order is Locked, and the Include Locked WOs option was not ticked during Demand Schedule refresh.
- A warehouse has not been specified.
