Inspection templates allow users to create a library of inspection questions that can be attached to traceable stock items when they go through quarantine inspection.
Open: Stock Control > Quality Control > Maintain Inspection Templates
Click Add to Create a new Inspection Template
Add a Name and Description for the inspection template.
Add Question
Type in a Question,
If Enter Free Text is ticked, The Data Type can only be Free Text
Mandatory questions will define how many items can be passed from quarantine. All Mandatory questions will need to be answered and the lowest number passed on any mandatory questions will be available to pass from quarantine.
Data type can be:
Free Text
Yes/No
Date
Whole Number
Decimal number
Selection
Add Values to the questions. If there are no values or gaps between the values. For example Greater than 10 and lower than 5, Any number entered between 5 and 10 is for user to set either pass or fail when entering the results.
When conditions are set, the user cannot override whether the result will pass or fail the inspection.

You can set certain employees or groups of employees to be allowed to perform the inspection.
Set Groups up
Stock Control > Utilities > System Set Up > Inspection Authorisation Rules
