The Stocktake feature offers the ability to carry out stock counts for all Stock Items or a subset, this includes Traceable Records (Batch/Serials Numbers) and by Bin Locations.
On completion of the Stocktake, any adjustments will be recorded in Sage 50 Products and Cim50 Stock Control.
Note: It is recommended that a Backup and Stock Valuation report is run prior and following updating a Stocktake, to allow differences to be accounted for.
When the Stocktake feature is selected, the following screen will appear, allowing Counts to be created, processed, cancelled, and viewed. The Historical screen allows you to view previous stocktakes.
