Cim200 allows for the quick and easy traceability of specific batch or serial numbers. This applies to items that have traceability requirements, such as those with batch numbers or serial numbers assigned to them.
Comprehensive life cycle tracking: The Traceability Enquiry feature enables users to track traceable items from various perspectives and stages of their life cycle. This includes tracing the item from its initial purchase or manufacture, through its usage on a works order, sales despatch, or internal movement within the organisation or warehouses.
Users can access the Traceability Enquiry and choose different viewpoints or search criteria. For example, you can search for batches/serial numbers issued to a specific works order or received from a particular purchase order. This flexibility allows for detailed tracking based on specific criteria and requirements.
Movement history: The Traceability Enquiry provides a comprehensive view of all the movements that have been carried out for a specific batch or serial number. This includes tracking its movement across various processes, such as purchases, works orders, sales dispatches, and internal movements within the organization.
Search Details:
Search type select from:
Batch/Serial number – Select a Stock item from dropdown list or enter Batch/Serial number (or part of) into the Search Value box. Tick Exact Match box if exact Search Value is entered.
Stock Code – Choose to Search by Search Value – Tick Exact Match box if exact Search Value is entered. Alternatively, Use Lookup can be used to select a Stock Item from a dropdown.
Purchase Order – Choose to Search by Search Value – Tick Exact Match box if exact Search Value is entered. Alternatively, Use Lookup can be used to select a Purchase Order from a dropdown.
Sales Order – Choose to Search by Search Value – Tick Exact Match box if exact Search Value is entered. Alternatively, Use Lookup can be used to select a Sales Order from a dropdown.
Works Order – Choose to Search by Search Value – Tick Exact Match box if exact Search Value is entered. Alternatively, Use Lookup can be used to select a Works Order from a dropdown.
BOM Build – Choose to Search by Search Value – Tick Exact Match box if exact Search Value is entered. Alternatively, Use Lookup can be used to select a Build no from a dropdown.
Supplier GRN Number – Choose to Search by Search Value – Tick Exact Match box if exact Search Value is entered.
Additional Reference – Choose to Search by Search Value – Tick Exact Match box if exact Search Value is entered. Alternatively, Use Lookup can be used to select a Stock Code from a dropdown.
Batch Attribute Value – Choose to Search by Search Value – Tick Exact Match box if exact Search Value is entered.
Click Search to display Traceability details for results
Expand All expands details for all results
Collapse all will suppress all details
Drill Down opens a new Traceability Enquiry pre filtered for selected item
