Use these settings to choose how to process and manage additional features from Cim200.
Open: Stock Control > Stock Records > Enter New Stock Item | Batch Serial Nos
Open: Stock Control > Stock Records > Amend Stock Item Details | Batch Serial Nos
Open: Stock Control > Enquiries > View Stock Item Details | Batch Serial Nos
When Quarantine is enabled and item is set traceable you can use Inspection templates to record enhanced inspection results.
You can create one off Inspection questions for stock items or you can choose one of the pre-defined inspection templates.
Open: Stock Control > Quality Control > Maintain Inspection templates
Inspection result and pre-defined pass/fail conditions are set up for each question.
If the pass/fail condition values are not set, the results can be either and selected at the time of inspection.
Mandatory questions will need to be answered in order to pass any inspection from quarantine into Stock Locations.
Selection of inspectors or groups can be set as authorised inspectors. Only these users are allowed to record results for these questions.
Please note: Any changes to the template will not result in question changes for existing Quarantine inspection records.
