As an alternative to Printing Count Sheets, there is the option to Export the Count to Excel. This can be updated with actual quantities and imported to update the count figures.
Using the Export feature will provide you with an output as follows:
Note: Prior to importing back into Cim50, the Count Qty and Counted By fields can be updated. If any other data is amended, columns removed, added, renamed, or reordered, this will cause errors with the import. These will need to be resolved, or the process restarted by exporting and inputting the data again.
As with the Count Sheets, separate entries for each Traceable Item (Batch/Serial Numbers) will be included in the Export.
