This section of the knowledgebase will cover the functions/processes available through the SFDC system, by module, including how to process each transaction type, what the SFDC system expects with regards to barcode content/formatting and any considerations that need to be made when setting up the SFDC system.
Note: This section does not go into detail on the transactions themselves, it will simply cover the screens in the SFDC module and how to process all transaction through them.
After logging into the SFDC system, you will be presented with the main menu. This is where all functions can be accessed. The options that are enabled/and or that you have access to, will show in a blue colour, with those disabled functions, or those you do not have access to, being greyed out.
