To issue stock to a works order, press the Issue Stock button from the main menu.
There are 2 ways to issue stock to a works order through Cim200 SFDC, you can toggle between these options using the Product and Works Order buttons at the top of the screen.
by Product
Issuing a works order by product requires you to scan the relevant barcode for the stock item, batch number or serial number that you wish to issue to a works order.
Note: You can either scan the barcode directly using a traditional handheld barcode scanner, or you can scan it via your device’s camera. To scan via the camera, click on the camera icon. A camera preview window will be displayed, and once a barcode is present within that window, it will be scanned automatically.
If you scan an invalid barcode, a warning will be presented on screen advising of the issue with the relevant barcode that has been scanned.
Once you have scanned a valid product, batch or serial number barcode, you will be presented with a list of works orders on which that item is present and awaiting a stock issue.
From here you can either scan the relevant works order barcode, or you can type the works order number directly and press enter, or, you can search for and select the relevant works order from the list.
Once you have scanned or selected the relevant works order, press Confirm to continue.
The last stage of the process is to confirm how many you want to issue, and from which location. You can either enter individual figures into the Issue Now column of the grid displayed, or you can select the Issue as much as possible checkbox to automatically issue what is available to the works orders listed.
Press Confirm to process the issue.

Once you have scanned or selected the works order you wish to issue, press Confirm.
On the subsequent screen that is loaded, you will see the components list for the selected works order. To proceed scan the relevant barcode for the stock item, batch number or serial number that you wish to issue to the works order.
You will be taken to a screen showing information relevant to the item scanned, to continue, enter the quantity you want to issue into the Issue Now field and press Confirm.
Once all items you wish to issue have been scanned and processed, press the Issue Now button to confirm the issues.
