This section of the knowledgebase will cover the functions/processes available through the Cim200 SFDC system, including how to process each transaction type, what the Cim200 SFDC system expects with regards to barcode content/formatting and any considerations that need to be made when setting up the Cim200 SFDC system.
Note: This section does not go into detail on the transactions themselves, it will simply cover the screens in the SFDC module and how to process all transaction through them
The Cim200 SFDC Login screen will ask you to select the relevant company dataset you want to login to, along with your Employee Reference and PIN Number.

Note: By default users will be automatically logged out of the Cim200 SFDC system are 20 minutes of inactivity. Should you want to extend or decrease this time period, please contact your Cim200 Partner for assistance.
Note: Should a user be automatically logged out from the Cim200 SFDC system, or if they were to close the browse without logging out, they will be unable to login again for 1 minute.
After logging into the Cim200 SFDC system, you will be presented with the main menu. This is where all functions can be accessed. The options that are enabled/and or that you have access to, will show in a blue colour, with those disabled functions, or those you do not have access to, being greyed out.
