The Cim50 Shop Floor Data Capture (SFDC) module is a separate, standalone module that sits alongside the Cim50 suite of modules which also includes Stock Control, Bill Materials, Quotations, Planning and Works Orders. This module is designed to streamline shop floor processes by utilising barcode scanning and a simple to use interface.
It allows you to process a range of stock transactions:

- Goods Receipt Processing
- Goods Despatch Processing
- Stock take
- BOM Build
- BOM Reverse Build
- Works Order Stock Allocation

- Works Order Component Scrapping
- Finished Goods Scrapping
- Works Order Completion
As well as several Works Order operational/process-based tasks:
- Real-time Operation Times Capture
- Retrospective Operation Times Capture
- Subcontract Operation Despatch & Receipt Processing
Each process is streamlined to make it as efficient as possible to process, along with giving the option of automating certain associated stock processes when carrying out works order operational/processed-based tasks. For example, automatically booking finished items into stock when the last operation is completed.
