From the Cim200 v2026 R1 release and onwards you can define/limit which users can action certain types of recommendations.
Open: Cim200 Planning > Utilities > System Setup > MRP Action User Permissions
Enable user-specific MRP permissions: This setting determines whether individual user level permissions are enabled or not.
Note: When enabled, you should ensure all users who can action recommendations are configured at that time, otherwise they will be unable to action recommendations until their permissions are setup.
Users Grid: This grid displays which users have permission to action MRP recommendations, and which types of recommendations they can action.
To give permissions to a new user, click the Add button. In the Add User screen, select the users Sage 200 username and then tick which recommendation types that user has permission to action.
You can edit a user’s permissions by highlighting them in the grid and pressing the Edit button. To remove a user’s permissions entirely, yo can remove them from the grid by highlighting them and pressing the Remove button.
