To carry out a works order inspection, press the Works Order Inspection button from the main menu.
Carrying out a Works Order Inspection requires you to scan the relevant barcode for the Operational Inspection record that you wish to Inspect. Alternatively you can select the relevant Operational Inspection record from the list view presented and press either the Inspect or Process button to continue.
Note: If the Operational Inspection record in question does not have an inspection template associated with it, the Inspect button will show a ‘No Entry’ symbol when hovering over it, and it will not be clickable.
Note: You can either scan the barcode directly using a traditional handheld barcode scanner, or you can scan it via your device’s camera. To scan via the camera, click on the camera icon. A camera preview window will be displayed, and once a barcode is present within that window, it will be scanned automatically.
If you scan an invalid barcode, a warning will be presented on screen advising of the issue with the relevant barcode that has been scanned.
Once you have scanned a valid barcode, or selected the relevant inspection record you wish to process, depending on whether the Operational Inspection Record has an inspection template associated with it, you will either be presented with the Operational Inspection questions and results screen or, the Operation Inspection process screen.
Note: The fields presented are dependent on the device you are processing the inspection from, specifically relating to the screen size, with non-critical information hidden on smaller display screens.
The Operational Inspection record and process mirrors the functionality available in the core Cim200 system. For further information on the fields available and how to enter Inspection Results, please visit this article.
From the Operational Inspection Questions and Results screen, once you have entered the required information on the inspection, press the Save button to confirm the inspection results. You will then be taken directly to the Operational Inspection processing screen.
Should you wish to cancel the inspection process, press the Cancel button, which will return you to the Quarantine Inspections list.
