Open: Works Orders > Processing > Issue Stock
In Works Order Settings, not ticking Bin priority issue for non-traceable items will mean non-traceable stock will not be selected automatically as the issue is made; they must be selected manually using this screen.
1. In Works Order Settings, if Allocate/Issue as much as possible by default is selected, the Bin Selection for Item… screen opens automatically for each non-traceable item that can be issued.
2. The screen will display all warehouse/bin locations that are available to issue stock from (based on the warehouse hierarchy). Enter a quantity to issue in the Qty to issue column against the relevant warehouse/bin you wish to issue stock from.
3. Click OK to confirm the selection.
4. In Works Order Settings, if Allocate/Issue as much as possible by default is not selected, this screen will not open until a quantity is entered into the Issue Now column.
5. Before saving the transaction, the issued stock can be changed by selecting the component line and clicking the Select Bins button.
