In order to calculate your businesses Carbon Footprint, the system needs to know the vehicles running in your fleet, the vehicle emissions per kilometer and the average annual mileage for the vehicle.
Note: You can find vehicle emissions data from the UK governments vehicle CO2 emissions data tool.
The Vehicle Fleet List displays any vehicles already setup.
Maintaining Carbon Footprint Vehicles
From the menu: Works Orders > Utilities > System Setup > Carbon Footprint Calculations > Maintain Carbon Footprint Vehicles
- To add a new fuel vehicle, click the Add button beneath the list.
- To amend an existing vehicle, select the vehicle and click the Edit button beneath the list.
- To remove an existing vehicle, select the vehicle and click the Delete button beneath the list.
Adding a Vehicle
- Enter a Vehicle Identifier, this could be a fleet identifier or the registration number.
- Enter the vehicles Make/Model.
- Enter the Emissions for this vehicle. This should be the number of grams of CO2 emitted per kilometre (this is the most common expression of vehicle emissions). You should be able to find this information on the vehicles log book, or via the link to the governments CO2 emissions tool above.
- Enter the average mileage the vehicle travels per year.
