Non-Working Days

The non-working days settings are utilised to inform the system of days when your production environment is not working (outside of normal working patterns). This information is crucial for planning purposes, particularly in MRP.

:

MRP ensures that no orders are scheduled to commence or be received on non-working days.

Note: If MRP is run on a non-working day then the system will assume you are working and will treat the day as a normal working day.

Non-working days are considered when calculating production lead times, and also within the graphical scheduler. Supplier lead times are not impacted by your non-working days, as your suppliers may continue to operate during these periods.

Add Bank Holidays: This feature automatically incorporates the current year’s bank holidays into your non-working day schedule.
