Once a picking list has been physically picked and is ready for despatch you can convert that Picking List to a Delivery Note by pressing the Despatch button from the Despatch List view.
Note: This button is only enabled on Picking List document types.
A confirmation question is displayed and selecting Yes will result in the Picking List being converted to a Delivery Note. The stock allocated to the Sales Order will be despatched, with all the relevant updates reflected on the Sage 50 Sales Order and Stock Records.
You will then prompted to print the Delivery Note if required (this can be reprinted at a later date if needed).
